many potential authors are not aware of the basic editorial practices and standards and so their articles are often rejected or authors do not even try to publish their research because they think their articles will be rejected. The practical EASE Guidelines for Authors and Translators published in >20 languages ( can help a lot. Another useful source of information for researchers is the EASE Toolkit for Authors (  Big journals publish very detailed instructions to guide authors, but often it is not enough if authors do not have basic training to getting your research published.
