Opportunity to make PubMed more useful for health professionals in low-income countries (7)

HIFA Quotation:

The most valuable issue regarding PubMed is the free access, and I agree it should remain free. For us, other than North America and West Europe, the free access to full papers is of the greatest importance, in order to accomplish reproducibility of some of the researches conducted in the developed countries. We can do that ONLY if we get the information about the methodology and data analysis as whole. Other issue is conducting systematic reviews and meta-analysis. To perform such deep analysis, it is possible only by full access to the papers. So, my suggestion is (it will be too strong to say "requirement") to enable as much as possible free access Journals, taking into consideration the option for Open access Journals.
